The Twilight Red Light Lamp is a portable and rechargeable bedside lamp/desk lamp/table lamp that provides warm and relaxing lighting that has zero blue and green light.
The red light lamp has 3 brightness settings with a touch-control to set the brightness as you need; from a very dim light to use right before going to sleep, to a brighter light that allows you to light up any room to work late into the night without lowering your melatonin and ruining your sleep.
This lamp features our proprietary light spectrum, which is flicker-free, has low EMF, and gives off a warm, relaxing, sun orange/red light.

Green light is right next to blue light on the visible colour spectrum, research shows green light also suppress our sleep hormone melatonin, therefore eliminating green light prior to bed is the optimal way to ensure deep and restful sleep. I find it much easier to drop off to sleep now, with the red lamp lighting before bed. It has three levels of lighting, and at the lowest It's sufficient light to read on my kindle by (which I have changed to a "warmer" setting) for reading at bedtime. As it's portable, if I have to get up in the night it is easy to use as a "torch" without disturbing my return to sleep. One small gripe is that there is no indication to show the charge is running out, so it just suddenly turns off. Am I missing something? It would be good to get a warning "light" where the charging light is on the lamp, which turns to green when fully charged.

My wife has had trouble with insomnia for some years. One night with the light and thats all over. Originally she would use it for two hours prior to going to bed which worked but now she just uses it on her bed side table for twenty minutes or so when she goes to bed. She is going to sleep easiely and sleeps through the night. Absolutely amazing.

Really love this light, I use it every night while reading and because it is so portable I take it around the house if I need to do anything. Not using bright lights an hour before bed has really helped my sleep. I thought it was a bit expensive however I am now going to buy another one for my husband as he likes it so much too, even my little kids are asking to borrow it :) will be buying more

I bought the Twilight Red Light Sleep Lamp hoping that it would calm down my system at night and help to relax me and improve my sleep. It definitely did all that and more. I didn't realise how much the blue light in my bedroom was affecting me. I use it a couple of hours before sleep and it has really helped to reset my system and has enabled me to have a much better night's sleep. It is also very useful for nightly visits to the loo as the red light enables you to see and you don't have to use any blue light which definitely interrupts sleep. The lamp is USB charged for power so is portable and can help you to see while moving from room to room. It was definitely a very good investment.
