I'm falling asleep quicker! So good. Although hard to see various colours in red light e.g reading various pen colours.

We really love the red light bulbs. I find it's the only light at night that doesn't hurt my eyes. My partners finds it helps him sleep better.

i work the evening shift so i made the bathroom lightbulb red and bedroom lamp lightbulb red with this and it makes a difference in making me sleepy
