I have bought the lights during black Friday sales.

One light came malfunctioning and only has white and night modes, while other 2 have white, warm and night modes. I have asked customer service for replacement right away and have been exchanging emails back and forth for a month now with no resolution.

While at 4000k the lights are nice, the 2100k mode is just too yellow and I find it unpleasant. Wish it was 3000k instead. The night mode is very yellow and creates a feeling of a bomb shelter. Not sure why they could not use nice candle light like color.

I also wanted to return the lights, but was told because I bought on sale - its not possible. While most companies extend returns for their “black Friday” deals to support people shopping for presents, this one denies you a return on sales over 15% or something like that.

At this point I’d be happy to at least have all three lights working. Worst buy of 2024 for sure!

I am so grateful to get lightbulbs that do not flicker, are low EMF and can change with the time of day at a flick of the switch. My favorite is the early evening setting, it is soft and comforting. The night setting is physically calming and casts a beautiful glow. The reason for the 4 stars is the daylight setting. I really, really don't like it. It looks and feels to me like a garish flourescent or LED, even in the day. It is too "white". I am a very sensitive individual so it may not bother others.

I will order more, however, for all the above cited reasons. Because they are so pricey, I only buy them on sale. Our house is huge and full of canned lights that require these bulbs.

Best investment I made in a long time. They are so much easier on my eyes that I don’t want to turn on the regular LED lights!!

Every week, I look up the sunrise sunset times and adjust my daily reminders to change the light settings, thereby simulating the sun indoors.

I have had insomnia for over 40 years and track my sleep with an Oura ring. In couple of weeks of simulating the movement of the sun, I am waking up in the night less often and for shorter durations.

I imagine a future where every home has these and they are automated to do what I do manually, but until then, I will continue doing it myself. There’s no price too high for quality sleep and good health.

The idea is good, but the light levels are not what I'd hoped. It is too bright or too amber, No one in my family liked it, but that is preference. Some people may like it. But the BIGGER problem is that when I put them in they first worked on the same setting, but then somehow they got "off schedule" so that some were on bright, some were on evening or night. But the BIGGEST problem of all is that when I immediately wrote, explained, and asked to return them it took a long time for you to get back to me. When I finally heard back I was told that because I bought them during a sale I could not be refunded. --- NOT a clearance, NOT a closeout, just a regular sale during Thanksgiving -- and because of that you said you will not refund my money. I replied questioning this, but have not heard back. This is bad business and is dishonest. I would be interested in hearing what you think about markets and capitalism and would not be surprised if you are critical of market capitalism, and support things like CSR, ESG, DEI but you cannot do straight forward commutative justice with your customers. I had originally told people who were interested in reducing blue light to look at your company, but now I steer people away. I hope you will rectify this situation and return my money.
