Brilliant and amazing the difference in blue light that I was exposed to. I can thank Dr Jack Kruse and his Youtube presence for even showing me this. Now I'm trying to get across to my three boys to wear them as they have more newer technologies in their homes. Maybe a Xmas present for each?

Great way to try blue light glasses. Love using them

I originally purchased these to use at sunset onwards to block blue light, but I also use them when using my PC during normal daylight hours now. Now my eyes don't get agitated/itchy/dry/sore when looking at the computer screen during the day. Wish I'd known about these 30 years ago ! They may not have been around back then, but it would have been good to have a pair of these for the computer as soon as they were available.

My eyes were tiring easily from too much screen. These glasses have helped immensely. And I keep a pair upstairs and down.

They do the job. A bit uncomfortable after awhile having them on….

I wear this Beauty over my regular glasses after sun down and absolutely great when its time for me to switch off and go to sleep.

These glasses are great, so soothing for the eyes. I put them on at sunset and the difference is remarkable. If you take them off, the blue light glare from my led lights is terrible. I never realised how bad it was. The design also allows for comfortable fitover of reading glasses. I highly recommend.

These glasses have worked a treat. I start wearing them when the sun goes down and I’m finding I’m not having the trouble getting to sleep I had in the past. Even though they aren’t a great look, I just don’t care (only worn at home anyway) as they are obviously doing the job.

Have got the whole family onto these for general evening wear, computer and phone use and watching TV. Great for us oldies who need to wear regular glasses underneath but also great for our teenage kids without and gives full blue light protection without reducing vision. You get used to the amber glow really quickly and its surprisingly uplifting :)
