    Sturdy base, very handy

    This is a great base. Very well made and sturdy. Easy to assemble and slip the panel into. I can now raise the panel onto a table without worrying it might accidentally be knocked over.

    Heart Rate Variability Up

    I did anticipate an effect on my sleep, but this surprised me. My HRV as measured with my Oura ring has been low for years. It always lowered my readiness score and I was repeatedly told to take it easy as my body had not fully recovered. This puzzled me as I am a very healthy 86 year old. I've been using the therapy panel for a month no and my HRV value are now above normal. There's been a big improvement on the appearance of sun damaged skin,

    I'm convinced there will be other improvements, not so readily observed. The panel is a valuable addition to the maintenance of optimal health. Thanks to everyone at Blue Light.

    Good stand

    The stand is great and it allows the ability to avoid mounting on a door which wouldn't work for us. However I wish there was a way to support a second panel with this stand. I would buy the other stand if I did it over, for this reason.
